My nipples feel like shards of glass. I swear that they are going to break off if the wind blows. Just my shirt rubbing against them is a killer.

I'm CD20 w/ no O detected on FF. ::taps fingers on table while nipples switch between glass and sandpaper::
Oh no! That sounds a little painful. So no O yet? Perhaps FF just doesn't know it and that it may be a real symptom!
