Will your agency send them out to the agencies they work with or do they only work with families that contact them. We loved our Texas agency and it seems they have a pretty short typical "wait" if you are open to bi-racial or African American babies.
I use Swagbucks.com for all of my internet searches & redeem those bucks for Amazon gift cards. Great way to get things I want (babies not included) for nothing! :)
