When I had to do my ganirelix shot, I searched YouTube and found a video of a woman who gave herself the shot and she was all happy and perky and was all, "That's it!"
It helped me a bit as far as technique went but there was also a huge "WTF?" left in my mind of how one could be all happy about something that felt and looked just like a bee sting when I was done. So I treated it like a bee sting... I iced it for about 15 minutes after. Helped a bit.

Oh, and by "ganirelix shot", I actually meant "ganirelix shots." Singular was clearly wishful thinking on my part...
